Already Registered?
Once you’ve registered there are some very important things you need to know and do. First, you must complete the two required forms below — the Medical Consent form AND the PR Release form. These must be completed and returned to Linda Johnson by July 1. Forms may be scanned and emailed or put in US Mail to: Linda Johnson, The Media School, 601 E Kirkwood Ave., Bloomington, IN 47405.
Second, to access the IU computer network and to use the Media School’s equipment, students MUST create an IU computer account before they arrive on campus. Watch the inbox of the student email account that was submitted on the HSJI registration form. Students will receive an important message from Director Teresa White during the last week in June. They should follow the instructions in the email to create their IU computer account, and then submit this form ASAP.
