On Thursday, July 14, I went to interview and create a photo story of the Uel Zing Coffee Lab, which specializes in making and bottling cold-brew coffee for distribution throughout Bloomington. Thanks to the generous help of founder Samuel Sveen, I was able to learn more about his business and how his coffee shop is a part of the community of Bloomington, Indiana. This is that story.
